Oil process tank

Smart SYS has developed controls for a 5000m³ oil process tank for a customer.

we performed the following tasks

-Engineering of process philosophy.

- controlling all oil and water pumps (frequency regulators, and DOL).

-PLC/SCADA system programmed.

-PID loop programming for control valves.

-Integrated safety circuits.

-Automatic mixing installation with a recipe database.

-Various sensors and instrumentation calibration (Level measurements, flow meters).

- Communication with external machines.

- Stock database.

- Alarm log.
